Rufus D. Peoples has spent more than two decades working inside the mission‑critical systems that keep major organizations running. His career spans Fortune 500 enterprises such as Wal‑Mart and FedEx, leading financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase and Capital One, FAA‑compliant manufacturing software at Triumph Aerostructures, and compliance and legacy‑modernization projects for multiple state agencies across the United States.
Peoples Systems & Capital, LLC was created to bring that same discipline, architectural rigor, and long‑term thinking to independent engagements. The firm’s approach is simple: gather the real requirements, design systems that will still make sense five years from now, and remain accountable for production support once the solution is live.
The company is registered and operated in the Tallahassee, Florida area and is available for both remote and on‑site contracts throughout the United States and Canada.
